- All rules, regulations, and payoffs hitherto for are prone to revision, by BetRevolution Sportsbook & Casino without prior written notice to BetRevolution members.
- BetRevolution Sportsbook & Casino reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet and to restrict betting on any event at any time without any advance notice.
- You must acknowledge that the Internet is not a 100% reliable medium and that Internet wagers are not guaranteed. You will not be offered compensation of any nature for any bets that are not accepted by BetRevolution Sportsbook & Casino's transaction server, no matter the cause. Wagers are valid when they are accepted by the BetRevolution Sportsbook & Casino’s transaction server, even if you aren’t issued a ticket number. If you are unsure about the validity of your wager, please review your open wagers or contact our customer service immediately. It is important to check your open wagers immediately after placing your wagers.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure details of their wagers are correct. Once wagers have been placed and their acceptance confirmed they may not be cancelled or changed by the customer.
- Claims on wagers must be submitted at no later than two weeks after acceptance of the wager. To expedite the claim process, the BetRevolution Sportsbook & Casino recommends that customers keep a printed copy of all wagers.
- All wagers must be backed by funds in the members account, the BetRevolution Sportsbook & Casino does not offer credit wagering at anytime under any circumstance. Any wager made without out proof of payment will not be accepted nor will wagers be accepted when a member does not have the required funds in their account balance.
- Each wagering slip is accepted on the basis that it is the investment of one customer only.
- Any and all wagers placed in an attempt in any way to defraud BetRevolution Sportsbook & Casino will be voided upon discovery.
- Any and all wagers placed by, contracted by any bookmaker, gambling syndicate and/or any person, or involved in similar business kinds of business as BetRevolution Sportsbook & Casino shall be voided.

- In the event funds are credited to a customer's account in error, it is incumbent upon the customer to notify BetRevolution Sportsbook & Casino of aforesaid error without delay. For accounts with negative balances, BetRevolution Sportsbook & Casino reserves the right to cancel any pending plays, whether placed with funds resulting from the error or not.
- Members must be 18 years of age or older in order to place wagers and/or collect winnings.
- Players are only allowed one sportsbook account, any player found to have more than one account will be subject to having their accounts suspended or terminated. We reserve the right to treat any multiple account as a single joint account.
- BetRevolution Sportsbook & Casino does not report winnings, losses or account activity to any government agencies. Therefore it is the members responsibility to report any winnings for taxation purposes, if applicable.
- Once a wager is placed and accepted by BetRevolution Sportsbook & Casino, the wager cannot be changed, cancelled or modified in any way by the member.
- Wagers will be accepted until the start of an event, unless the event has Live betting BetRevolution.com.
- Dates, kick-off times, and comments shown on our site are for guidance purposes only.
- A wager will be considered invalid by BetRevolution Sportsbook & Casino if:
- The wager is submitted after the start of an event, or the event’s outcome has become public knowledge, and that is not covered by our Live Betting Service. If the error is noticed in time, BetRevolution Sportsbook & Casino will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer to allow the choice of placing another wager at the correct odds/line/handicap.
- The wager is placed on an obvious pricing error. All odds, lines and handicaps are subject to fluctuation, and become fixed only at the time of wager acceptance. Where a palpable error or system failure results in an incorrect price, line or handicap taken in a wager, the wager will be void. If the error is noticed in time, BetRevolution Sportsbook & Casino will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer to allow the choice of placing another wager at the correct odds/line/handicap. Immediately when discovered, wagers placed on events with obvious erroneous lines resulting from human or systm error will be graded no action. If a wager with a line error is not voided before play begins, BetRevolution reserves the right to correct the odds to a fair market price available at the time the wager was placed. This price altering may be applied during or after an event. Only odds will be corrected on a line error. The risk amount will always remain unchanged. A player will never benefit from betting on clear line errors. Repeat offenders will not be tolerated.
- Multiple wagers/parlays/if bets are not accepted where the outcome of one part of the wager contributes to or is correlated (up to 30% of correlation) with the outcome of another. If such a wager is taken in error it will be cancelled. If the error is noticed in time, BetRevolution Sportsbook & Casino will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer to allow the choice of placing another wager at the correct odds/line/handicap.
- If the wager(s) are deemed to have been placed by multiple players or syndicates in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If such a wager is taken in error it will be cancelled.
- Past-posting is considered stealing and will be dealt with in the harshest manner possible. A player will never benefit from betting on events with time errors.
- The wager is not accepted by the BetRevolution Sportsbook & Casino's transaction server for any reason.
- If a parlay/teaser/if bet contains a selection which is cancelled for any reason, the entire wager will be voided.

- Before accepting any wager, BetRevolution Sportsbook & Casino reserves the right to limit the maximum amount staked.
- The BetRevolution Sportsbook & Casino monitors all bets to aid in properly settling disputes. Records of all transactions are recorded via Internet logs for online wagers or phone recordings for telephone wagers. If a dispute between a member and BetRevolution Sportsbook & Casino should arise, both the member and BetRevolution Sportsbook & Casino, agree that the Transaction records will act as the final authority in determining the outcome of any claim. All claims must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of the finish of the event.
- No member shall be offered compensation of any kind, for any wagers that are not accepted by BetRevolution Sportsbook & Casino.
- You are liable for any unauthorized use of your account number and password. It is the members responsibility to keep this information private, if at any time you feel this information has been compromised please contact BetRevolution Sportsbook & Casino's customer service to have them changed.
